About this model
An S-bend section of dark green industrial pipe with flanged ends, offsetting the flow sideways. It measures about 2 ft wide and 4.5 ft tall. The paint is chipped at the joints, with a little rust showing through. Combine it with the straight lengths and elbows to route a pipe around a doorway or over a low beam, and the room starts to look like real plant rather than a bare floor.
Use it to join straight pipe runs at different positions on a wall, making plumbing look believable. On a map the bend breaks up a straight line of pipes and creates small nooks behind it. It suits engine rooms, sewers and old industrial basements.
Ideas for the table
- A small creature lives in the nook behind the bent pipe.
- The bend has rusted through and drips a steady stream onto the floor.
- A clue is wedged behind the S-bend where nobody thought to look.
