About this model
A taller concrete barrier with a pale, dusty surface, steel lifting loops on top and a slightly narrower profile. It looks heavily used and patched. It is about 5 ft long, 1.5 ft deep and 3.5 ft tall, filling one square lengthwise.
Use it on motorways, building sites, border crossings and secure compounds. It gives solid cover and blocks movement for anyone not willing to climb. A line of these quickly turns a street into a battle position. The lifting loops make it plausible to swing one into place with a crane. Mix it with the first barrier type so a line looks like it was assembled from whatever was available.
Ideas for the table
- Protesters climb onto concrete barriers outside parliament while police push them back.
- A gang hides behind barriers at a closed road and fires at passing cars.
- The party uses a crane to lift a barrier and block an escape route.
