About this model
A plain wall section finished in smooth greyish beige plaster, solid with no openings. It is 5 ft wide, 1 ft thick and 7 ft tall, filling one grid edge and standing above head height.
Use it for town houses, inns, shops, guard posts and anywhere that should feel lived in rather than fortified. Plaster walls give interior rooms a clean, civil look that contrasts with dungeon stone. On the map they block movement and sight, so the shape of the rooms decides the fight. Pair with the doorway, archway and window pieces of the same finish.
Ideas for the table
- A tavern brawl spills from room to room in a plastered inn, and the walls are thinner than they look.
- A secret room behind a plaster wall is revealed when the party finds the patched section.
- Rival gangs fight through a merchant's plastered townhouse while the owner hides in the cellar.
