About this model
A wide steel roller shutter for a shop window, shown closed and with graffiti on one panel. It is a long, low shutter with a box at the top. It is about 17 ft wide, three squares and a bit, 6 ft tall and a foot deep. One panel carries bright graffiti. A thin line of rust shows along the bottom rail where rain collects.
Use it on shop fronts, kiosks and market stalls. A lowered shutter turns a window into a wall. Lifting it opens a firing line or an escape route.
Ideas for the table
- The shopkeeper pulls the shutter down as the riot reaches the street.
- Through a gap in the shutter the party glimpses the robbery.
