About this model
An orange-yellow plastic crate with slotted sides and an open top, made for fruit or bread. It is about 1.5 ft square and a foot tall. The plastic is a bright yellow-orange that shows up well on a busy map. It is open at the top, so the contents are on view. Stack them by a market stall, behind a bakery or in a garden shed to show everyday trade and storage going on around the party.
Use it in markets, delivery vans, bakeries and backyards. It brings colour to clutter. Players can stand on it, carry things in it or stack it.
Ideas for the table
- The market trader's crates are stacked into a makeshift stall.
- Someone stands on a crate to reach a high window.
- A crate of bread loaves hides a stash of coins.
