About this model
A double-width straight panel of dark chain-link fencing with posts at each end. The mesh is fine and the frame looks weathered. It runs about 6.5 ft long, very thin and 8 ft tall, along a little over one square.
Use it for long fence runs around car parks, prisons, construction sites and abandoned lots. It blocks movement but not sight. Wide panels let you fence in large areas quickly without lots of joins. It also makes a quick cage or holding pen when four are set in a square. Barbed wire props along the top suggest a prison, while an open lot behind it suggests neglect.
Ideas for the table
- A long fence separates two rival gangs' territory, and the party must cross it at night.
- Rioters push against the double fence until it bows and collapses.
- A message is woven into the fence with ribbons, visible only from the road.
