Plaster Wall Archway, a walls, doors and windows 3D model for D&D battle maps

About this model

A plaster wall section with a rounded arch cut through it, leaving an open passage. It is 5 ft wide, 1 ft thick and 7 ft tall, with the opening taking up most of the width.

Use it to link rooms without doors: a hall into a dining room, a shop into its storeroom, a cloister into a courtyard. An archway keeps sight lines open, so archers and spellcasters can see through, but it narrows movement to a single gap that is easy to hold. It also makes interiors feel more open and elegant than plain doorways.

Ideas for the table

  • A single fighter holds a plaster archway while the rest of the party loads the wagon behind her.
  • An arch in a convent's wall is the only way into the garden, and the abbess guards it with a ward.
  • A nervous noble whispers to the party under an archway as guests pass through.
