About this model
A dungeon wall section of rough mottled stone with a round-topped arch opening. It is 5 ft wide, 1 ft thick and 7 ft tall, fitting one grid edge. The arch is rounded and plain, cut from the same damp stone as the walls.
Use it as a passage between dungeon rooms, a crypt entrance or a temple doorway. The arch creates a choke point. Something can lurk just beyond it out of sight. Use it where a corridor opens into a chamber. Players standing in the arch can see into the room, but anyone inside can see them too.
Ideas for the table
- Zombies shamble through the archway into the crypt.
- A gelatinous cube fills the archway, blocking the corridor.
- A rune carved above the arch triggers a trap when someone passes beneath.
