About this model
A folding camp stool with slatted wooden seat and crossed legs, light and portable. It is about 2 ft square and 1.5 ft tall, a single square of space. The slats are worn pale where people have sat, and the pivot looks well used.
Place it around a campfire, in a military tent, on a ship deck or beside a hunter's blind. It suggests travel and temporary quarters. In a fight it collapses easily and can be tossed aside or used to trip someone. A few around a fire pit make a camp look settled for the night. It is light enough to pack onto a mule.
Ideas for the table
- A general's folding stool in the command tent sits beside maps marked with troop movements.
- A hunter dozes on a camp stool while the party sneaks past his blind.
- A wounded mercenary collapses off a folding stool, revealing a crossbow bolt in his back.
