About this model
A low weed with a few broad, glossy green leaves on short stems, spreading outward close to the ground. It looks like a common garden weed or wild ground cover. The plant is about half a foot wide and 1 ft long, very low on the grid.
Use it to fill gaps along paths, between paving stones, around walls and on forest floors. Weeds give a sense of neglect and natural growth. They do not block movement, but scattered across a courtyard they tell players the place has been left untended.
Ideas for the table
- Weeds have pushed up the paving in the old temple courtyard, exposing a buried mosaic.
- A plant creature disguised as harmless weeds grabs at the ankles of passers-by.
- The gardener's apprentice was told to clear the weeds and found a skeleton beneath them.
