About this model
A military radio set in an olive casing with a whip antenna and a small handset, sitting on the ground. It is about 2 ft wide, 1.5 ft deep and 1.5 ft tall. The olive casing is scuffed and the antenna is long and thin. A handset sits beside the set. It is a natural focus for a command post, and destroying or protecting it can become the whole point of a scene.
Place it in bunkers, command tents, trenches and vehicles. It is the link to the outside world. Players may want to call for help, listen in or destroy it.
Ideas for the table
- The radio crackles with a distress call from the next valley.
- The enemy radio operator must be stopped before calling reinforcements.
- Tuning the set picks up a frequency used by the cult.
