About this model
A short length of black steel railing for a fire escape landing, a thin rail on simple posts with an angled return at one end. It is about 7.5 ft long, a square and a half, and 3.5 ft tall.
Use it to cap the open end of a fire escape platform so the landing reads as safe to stand on. On the battle map it marks the edge of a drop. It gives almost no cover, since you can see straight through it, but it does mark where a shove sends someone over.
Ideas for the table
- A grappler tries to bend a foe backwards over the rail.
- A dropped key catches on the railing and hangs just out of reach.
- The railing has been sawn through, and the first person to lean on it gets a nasty surprise.
