About this model
A low wooden daybed with a padded white seat, a curved backrest upholstered in a pale floral fabric, and a few cushions. It is about 6.5 ft long, 3 ft deep and 3.5 ft tall, filling roughly one by two squares.
It suits parlours, boudoirs, noble bedrooms and modern lounges. In a fight it is light cover for someone crouched behind it. As a prop it marks a room as comfortable and private, the kind of place where a noble receives a visitor or an assassin finds a sleeping target.
Ideas for the table
- A countess receives the party reclining on a floral daybed while her guard waits behind a curtain.
- A doppelganger has taken the place of the sleeping ambassador on the parlour's daybed.
- Searching under the daybed's cushions turns up a letter that names the traitor.
