About this model
A vintage barber's chair with a quilted dark blue leather seat and back, a padded headrest, polished brass trim, a footrest and a heavy pedestal base. It looks old-fashioned and well cared for. The chair is about 2.5 ft wide, 4.5 ft long with the footrest out and 5 ft tall, one square.
Place it in a barbershop, a gangster's front business or a mad doctor's examination room. In a fight it gives light cover and is bolted down, so it will not move when shoved. It is also the perfect place to sit a nervous informant for questioning.
Ideas for the table
- A mob boss conducts business from the barber's chair while his hair is cut, and the barber is listening.
- The party interrogates a snitch strapped into an old barber chair in a closed shop.
- A shootout breaks out in a barbershop, and the barber ducks behind his chair with a straight razor.
