About this model
A squat, four-legged robotic drone with an olive green rounded body and jointed spider-like legs. It is about 7.5 ft across, a square and a half, and stands about 4.5 ft tall. The legs look capable of climbing rubble and steps, so it fits ruined cities as well as clean facilities.
Use it as a sentry, a security bot or a war machine in sci-fi and post-apocalyptic settings. On the grid it carries HP, conditions and initiative like any mini. Its low profile suits patrols through corridors and wastelands, and a group of them makes a dangerous skirmish force.
Ideas for the table
- A pack of walker drones guards the entrance to an abandoned research station.
- A salvaged drone follows the party loyally until its old programming wakes up.
- The party must disable a walker drone without setting off the alarm it carries.
