About this model
A realistic brown rat with a long thin tail, crouched as if sniffing the air. It is tiny, about half a foot long, with hardly any height. Its fur is brown and its tail long and pink. Place several to make a swarm, or one to show that a building has been abandoned. Rats suit early adventures and urban horror alike.
Use it as a miniature in sewers, cellars, dungeons and slums. As a mini it carries HP, conditions and initiative like any creature. A handful of rats makes a swarm, or one can be a familiar or a sign of decay.
Ideas for the table
- A swarm of rats boils out of the cellar when the door opens.
- A rat carries a ring in its mouth across the floor.
- The wizard's familiar is a rat, and it has been spying on the party.
