About this model
A square black coffee table with a decorative cut-out pattern in the top revealing warm wood beneath. It is a stylish modern piece. It measures about 4 ft square and a foot high. The pattern in the top looks like a stylised flower or spiral, cut into dark material. It is wide enough that people sit round it on cushions or low chairs, and a group of characters gathered at it makes a natural meeting point.
Place it in a penthouse, a lounge or an upmarket club. It is the centrepiece of a seating area. In play it is low clutter, and the patterned top can be a place to hide a small object.
Ideas for the table
- A key is tucked into the carved pattern of the tabletop.
- The crime boss holds court with drinks laid out on the table.
- A thrown body cracks the tabletop in half.
