About this model
A second variant of the large right-angled apartment corner, with the same warm brown finish and a slightly different surface pattern. It closes off the outside corner of a building. It covers about 10 by 10 ft, two squares per arm, and stands about 10 ft tall.
Use it alongside the first variant to avoid every corner looking identical. It is full cover and an ambush point. A modern map with varied corners reads more like a real neighbourhood. Swapping between the two versions along a street breaks up repeating texture. Characters approaching from opposite sides cannot see each other until they round it.
Ideas for the table
- A shoot-out spills around the corner of an apartment block into a crowded market.
- The party chalks a mark on the corner wall to guide reinforcements.
- A courier drops a package around the corner and sprints away.
