About this model
A grey stone church with a tall pointed spire, a long nave and a pitched dark roof, set on a square base. It covers about 31.5 ft by 35 ft, six by seven squares, and the spire rises about 45 ft high.
Use it as the centre of a village, a cathedral in a town or a ruined shrine in the countryside. It gives sanctuary, a meeting place and a dramatic setting for undead, cult or holy scenes. Its walls block sight and its bell tower makes an excellent vantage point.
Ideas for the table
- Villagers shelter inside a stone church while the party holds the door against a horde.
- The church bell tower holds a vampire's coffin, and it is nearly dusk.
- A wedding in the village church is interrupted by a jilted fey lover.
