About this model
A tall slim dark frame piece used to finish an angled doorway on an apartment building facade. It reads as a narrow upright jamb with moulded edges. It covers about 6 by 6 ft on the diagonal, just over one square, and stands about 9 ft tall.
Use it with the matching facade wall pieces to dress building entrances on a modern street map. It defines a doorway that characters move through and fight around. In a city scene, doorways are natural chokepoints for police raids and gang standoffs. Fit it where a chamfered corner wall needs a clean edge.
Ideas for the table
- Gang members gather around the angled entrance of an apartment block, watching every passer-by.
- A courier waits in the doorway out of the rain, and the party realises he is carrying their package.
- Police form up on either side of the door frame before a raid.
