About this model
A hooded ranger in a deep green cloak and leather armour, a tall recurve longbow in one hand and a quiver at the back. The mini stands on a pale grey round base. It is about 6.5 ft tall, with a footprint of around 2.5 by 2 ft, within one square.
Use it for a woodland scout, a bounty hunter or a border patrol leader. Rangers suit forests, hill country and the outskirts of frontier towns. Set it behind a boulder or on raised ground to give the archer a sightline, and keep its initiative and conditions on the token during the fight.
Ideas for the table
- A hooded archer has been taking shots at a logging crew, and the party is hired to find out why.
- The ranger guides the party through a fog-bound moor, stopping every few squares to read tracks only she can see.
- At a border fort, a ranger returns alone from a patrol with a broken bow and a warning nobody believes.
